THE OPPORTUNITY: BRITT RADIUS is seeking a Surface Land Analyst to join our growing team.

THE JOB: Surface Land Analyst

TO LAND THIS ROLE and excel in it, you need to be the right fit and be amazing at:

  • Understanding and accurately preparing full project life cycle land documentation and compiling client packages
  • Preparing documentation for Freehold / Private lands and Crown land acquisitions including regulatory supporting documents as required
  • Handling third-party requests and notifications including road use, crossings and proximities
  • Performing registrations, corporate and land titles searches
  • Ability to problem solve and ask the right questions at the right time is essential to ensure both BRITT RADIUS & client quality control measures are maintained
  • Your capacity to take initiative and be self-motivated is must. A high level of integrity is key

REQUIRED: Surface land administration experience in a broker environment is preferred. This position requires entry to mid level knowledge of all aspects of surface land administration for the energy sector, ideally with experience in Alberta and/or BC. This includes knowledge of surface land procedures, documents, regulations, third party consents. The ability and experience to proof and audit documentation is considered an asset. Robust communication and excellent organizational skills are minimum requirements for this role.
