Ability to multitask and complete daily activities.
Exude confidence and enthusiasm to help clients protect their properties and their families
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate complex concepts simply
Ability to turn a problem into a solution
Ability to communicate well have strong written, verbal and listening skills
Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology
Experience/ Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years related experience
Have an OTL or RIBO license
Knowledge of commercial insurance policy forms and regulatory requirements is an asset
CIP Designation preferred but not required
Total Compensation Package Range $65-80K
Base Salary
Annual Bonus (subject to office qualification)
Commission & Individual Bonus
Health & Dental/Living Benefit or Life Insurance Benefit (after 3 months)
