Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Development with a deep understanding of SaaS product life cycles and a knack for building departments from scratch. This role requires a hands-on leader committed to developing innovative, cost-effective solutions that align with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do:

• Product Strategy & Development: Oversee the entire product life cycle from conceptualization to deployment. Develop innovative solutions to meet client and internal needs, ensuring alignment with long-term visions.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Build and manage the product development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and integrate customer feedback into product evolution.
• Performance Metrics: Implement and track KPIs across departments, focusing on client satisfaction (NRR, NPS, Health Score) and operational efficiency (MRR, Lifetime Hour).
• Market Analysis: Conduct continuous competitive analysis and adapt product offerings based on market trends and client feedback.

Who You Are:

• A visionary leader with at least 7 years of experience in progressive software product roles, ideally 10+ years.
• Experienced in compliance and familiar with the dynamics of small business environments.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, inquisitive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
