Job Description:

Summit Search Group, a leading national recruitment agency, has partnered on this exciting opportunity, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of their clients. They will also be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that they work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts, regularly reporting progress to clients and senior management.
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or C.E.T. is the preferred qualification. Equivalent technical training or very strong trade/field experience and knowledge may be acceptable.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills including Timberline Job Cost, MS Office, AutoCAD and project management software
