Miles HR is seeking highly detail-oriented and organized individuals to work on a special, time sensitive project transferring high volume, confidential data from one system to another. This project is fast moving and is best suited to individuals who are adaptable to daily changes, flexible and have the ability to solve problems and think on their feet. You take great care in accurately entering and updating sensitive data that directly impacts the bigger picture of the organization's services.
Duties:
Perform data entry tasks with the highest level of accuracy, efficiency and care
Enter and update information into changing spreadsheets and databases
File and maintain electronic documents
Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors
Work with confidential and time sensitive information
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible with assigned tasks as they can change quickly
Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent data entry experience
Strong data entry skills/keystrokes per hour
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to produce high level of accuracy
Tech savvy, familiar with variety of databases and systems
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
High attention to detail and ability identify errors or inconsistencies
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
Very adaptable in adjusting to changing priorities on a daily basis
Ability to work with tight deadlines and are calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Start Date and Hours:
May 1st – June 14 th
3 Days of Paid Training and required to pass test
Hours 8:00-4:00
Monday – Friday
Richmond Location, skytrain accessible
Pay – 26.00 per hour
