Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Hourly Rate: $25/hr
Shift: 730-430pm
Job Description:We are seeking experienced and skilled paint sprayers to join our team. As a paint sprayer, you will be responsible for applying paint coatings to various industrial equipment, efficiently and with precision.
Duties

• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
• Operating paint sprayers and other equipment to apply coatings
• Ensuring consistent coverage and quality finish
• Following safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paint sprayer or similar role
• Proficiency in operating paint sprayers and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
