Maintenance Professional

Hands on maintenance tech able to service, maintain and support efficient operation of food facility. Job will includes entire maintenance cycle from installation and operation to PM and sanitation where required.

Main Duties

• Organize, Plan and Execute all work assigned and required
  
• Self directed and team coordination
• Direct Sanitation team where required
• HACCP, WHIMS other regulatory certifications
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and intermediate troubleshooting on all plant equipment
  
• Stock and inventory control

Working Conditions

• Food manufacturing environment – wet or damp floor, noise below 85 decibels, greasy equipment/tools
• Temperature ranges from 4 degree Celsius to -18 degree Celsius
• Occasional requirement to perform duties and responsibilities outside regular hours

Education

• High school or equivalent
• College or Trade school is preferred
• Food handling certification will be as asset
• Pallet moving equipment certification
• Drivers license G with Z endorsement
