Full Time Lease Analyst Bilingual
Our client is a leading retailer in the gTA with a substantial retail portfolio

We are looking for a full-time lease analyst who is bilingual in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the leasing process and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze lease agreements and prepare financial reports
• Bilinguial English / French
• Negotiate lease terms with tenants
• Manage the lease renewal process
• Resolve lease disputes
• Provide customer service to tenants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 2-10 years of experience in leasing or real estate
• Proficiency in CAMS software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
