Our client Freshwater Auto Centre is hiring! Looking for a rewarding career? We have a unique opportunity for a hard-working Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in St. John's.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contacting customers regarding needed repairs, and ordering/receiving parts. Our next team member must have a strong knowledge of automotive vehicles, services, and parts, and will help customers with any available services, booking appointments, and fostering long-lasting relationships.

What you will be doing:

• Schedule appointments for automotive repairs, service and maintenance
• Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience
• Answer customer questions promptly and positively
• Keep customers updated on any changes that occur
• Advise customers on necessary services and estimated costs
• Review finished work order with the valued customer
• Help educate customers on additional services and products, including special offers
• Follow the journey of a customer's vehicle from drop-off to pickup

What you will bring:

• A Valid driver's license
• A strong base of automotive operational knowledge
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
