What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist clients in the RV parts store
- Provide parts for the RV techs for ROs
- Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products
- Ability to perform parts inventory audits
- Inventory management, including obsolete inventory
- Responsible for profit management - must examine department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure the department's profitability
- Managing day to day operations of the Parts department
- Managing deliveries and returns
- Keeping an organized department
- Works with service manager & technicians to maintain an effective work flow
- Work without constant supervision
- Follow all Health and Safety guidelines
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid G driver's license and clean abstract
- Minimum 3 years parts experience
- Minimum of 3 years of RV experience
- Knowledge of parts pricing procedure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills including excel use
- Extremely organized with documents and managing your time
- The ability to think ahead and be prepared
