About You
You are an accountable person who enjoys working as part of a team and lives within close proximity to the building. You are open to learning the ins and outs of the Relief Manager position and understand that excellent communication and customer service skills are needed to be successful.
Responsibilities
This role reliefs the Resident Manager of their duties for 32-consecutive hours each week. During this period, you'll be on-call to respond to emergencies as the occur, as well as conduct daily building inspections to ensure that the building is safe for our residents.
- Providing 32-consecutive hours of weekly on-call support
- Responding promptly to resident or management inquiries
- Showing suites as requested by the Resident Manager and/or Property Manager
- Maintaining tidy common areas for residents and visitors
