Busy Millwright contractor seeking a recruiter to join the team in a part-time capacity to help source and connect talented individuals with exciting job opportunities within our growing company. Recruiting is one of the driving forces behind our success and is an important factor in maintaining our skilled workforce.

The Role:

• Establish connections and develop a robust candidate pipeline
• Follow up and maintain connections with Millwrights
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to screen and contact candidates for interviews
• Apply Bullet's follow up process for successful and unsuccessful candidates to maintain connections and brand
• Assist HR with interviews and onboarding, as needed

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Comfortable using a variety of tools and platforms to network (Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
