Join our rapidly expanding sales team as a Business Development Consultant and take the lead in shaping the future of our business.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Consultant, you will spearhead new business initiatives by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to assess their Group Benefits/Group Retirement programs.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

New Business Development

• Proactively prospect and secure new clients for PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
• Collaborate with prospective clients and insurance carriers throughout the entire sales process.
• Lead all aspects of the sales process, working in tandem with the Sales Leadership team and Account Managers to ensure successful client implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong phone presence and comfort in making daily cold calls.
• A "Hunter" approach to sales.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and polished presentation abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Bonus Points if You Have

• LLQP license or a willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge/experience in group benefits and group retirement services.
• GBA or RPA designation.
