Skills Needed:
- Detail-oriented with architectural drawing proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of windows and doors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Project Manager in construction.
- Proven success in customer satisfaction and upselling.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Canadian Driver License and access to a reliable insured vehicle.

- Prepare Change Orders for review.
- Coordinate installation appointments.
- Collaborate with Installers, Sales, and Internal Staff.
- Attend scheduled meetings.
- Establish department standards.
- Coordinate site deficiencies.
- Maintain a 6-week look-ahead schedule.
- Collaborate on project costs and collections.
- Prepare information for installers.
- Collaborate on improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company in business dealings.
Working Conditions:
- Mix of office and site visits.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
- Full Health and Safety training.
- Flexibility for overtime.
Type: Full-time
Salary: $70000 base payroll structure (to start only)
+ Upselling commissions
+5% for selling.
+1% for lead generation
