Hours: On-site Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Wage: Up to $50,000 per year

Do you have a passion for administration? Do you have office experience and/or any automotive reception experience? If you answered "YES" to either of these questions, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking to train an Administrator our our centralized Service Centre!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Setup filing system for automotive in the automotive cage (to be maintained by the service advisors)
  • Trailer work order filing/Internal copies matched up and filed with the respective dockets
  • Misc filing (ITF's, logs, etc)
  • Pulling dockets (for sold units for the hub as well as to transfer to other locations)
  • Preparing sold dockets (matching them with documents/licensing and transferring to the sold cabinets)
  • Facilitating the driver's daily runs (pulling sold dockets, printing ITF's, loading the drivers slots with runs)
  • Accepting ITF's from drivers picking up/dropping off trailers from other locations to sign and update PBS
  • Assisting with drivers in signing documents for manufacturer units being dropped off at our location
  • managing the Hub Admin email address
  • Managing the window at 1367 (directing flow of visitors)
  • Maintaining gas receipts spreadsheet
  • Running inter-office bins as required between locations (invoice drop offs, licensing pickups etc)
  • Maintaining office supplies/ordering when necessary, via Mary
  • Creating ITF's for asset transfers if/as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Previous administration, reception or automotive service experience is required
  • PBS experience is an asset
  • Above average computer skills
  • Excellent judgment, professionalism, maturity, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
