S3 Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our office in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records in the database.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers to provide order status updates and address inquiries.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation and contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate seamless order processing.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer accounts.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
