You are an experienced HVAC professional who thrives when providing exceptional customer service and enjoys being part of a team environment. As an expert in residential HVAC service, you bring troubleshooting, time management and communication skills. You have the ability and desire to go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service for our customers and team members.
A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Address customer concerns by diagnosing / trouble-shooting HVAC-related problems.
• Build repair options that are in the best interests of the customer.
• Communicate with all necessary company parties: Service Dept. Manager, Service Dept. Technicians, Dispatch, Parts Dept.
• Create and drive new sales opportunities.
• Maintain your company service van by keeping inventory up to date.
• Properly complete all paperwork associated with each job you complete.
• Participate in on-going training opportunities to continue developing as a professional.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC field.
• HVAC Refrigeration certification preferred.
• Experience in diagnosing and trouble-shooting HVAC-related problems.
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
• Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable with heavy-lifting from time-to-time (50lbs).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to maintain productivity without supervision.
• Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
