Cabin Operations Ltd. has built a foundation of experience and dedication to quality and innovative solutions in four main divisions: forestry, environmental operations, recreation solutions and wildfire management. We are currently looking to add a Carpenter to our Trails & Recreation team.

Responsibilities:

As a Carpenter you will be responsible for the following:

  • Following and implementing detailed engineered design drawings with insight on improvements and challenges
  • Layout and construction of work for a given project
  • Ensuring you have all of the required tools and equipment to execute the build
  • Carpentry duties include but not limited to; Cutting, fabricating, fitting and installing assigned work with highest precision
  • Constructing some incredible timber bridges, structures and trails

What we are looking for:

  • Red Seal Carpenter or apprentice, or equivalent with 5+ years experience.
  • Experience working on front country and backcountry trails (Preferred)
  • Passionate about all things outdoors such as mountain biking, hiking, climbing, etc.
  • Familiar with working long hours outdoors
  • Adventurous self-starter with integrity
  • Willing to work in the field and travel in BC.
  • Willing to be flexible in the position and assist with Environmental projects if needed
  • Alignment with Cabin core values and Mission Statement
