About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our commercial department. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to service our clients and help us reach new heights.

Responsibilities

• Create insurance certificates & equipment lists, complete client invoicing, and provide general support to the commercial team
• Deliver bonds and policies to clients
• Manage general inquiry emails and website chat
• Greet and assist visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 1 Insurance license
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Experience with TAM is an asset
• Class 5 Driver's License
