Summing it up

Reporting to the Accounting Manager you will assist in the daily operations of the accounting department.

What you'll be doing

Full cycle accounts payable & receivable.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist in filing returns and communication with government authorities.

Assist internal and external stakeholders with various requests associated with the accounting department.

Daily revenue postings, intercompany accounting and data entry.

Who you are

Experience in an accounting environment, including 1-2 years experience in hotel accounting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, PMS systems, ADP, Excel and similar accounting software is an asset.

Experience in Strata Title properties or property management companies would be an asset.

Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
