Come Grow with Us! Forsite is actively looking for Forest Technicians with general understanding and experience with Saskatchewan forestry practices, based out of our Prince Albert, SK office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Forest Technician is responsible for forest development activities including reconnaissance road/cutblock engineering, ecological and riparian assessments, and completing the associated plans, deliverables, and appraisal packages in a safe, timely, cost effective and professional manner.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • A safety conscious attitude;
  • A passion for forestry and working outdoors;
  • Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in natural resources;
  • General understanding and experience with forestry practices in Saskatchewan;
  • Registered or eligible to be registered with the Association of Saskatchewan Forestry Professionals; and
  • Valid driver's license.
