Looking for a rewarding career? Our client, Marystown Ford, is hiring! We have a unique opportunity for a well-qualified Parts and Service Advisor to join our growing team in Marystown, NL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contacting customers regarding needed repairs, booking appointments and ordering/receiving parts. Our next team member must have a strong knowledge of automotive vehicles, services, and parts, and will focus on fostering quality relationships with customers by providing all available services.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Schedule appointments for automotive repairs, service and maintenance
  • Use E Catalogue to look up parts and accessories
  • Ordering of parts / accessories as required
  • Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience
  • Answer parts &/or service customer questions promptly and positively
  • Keep customers updated on any changes that may occur
  • Advise customers on necessary services and estimated costs
  • Advise customers on the pricing & availability of parts / accessories
  • Help educate customers on additional services and products, including special offers

What You Will Bring:

  • A high school diploma
  • A strong base of automotive operational knowledge developed through a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the automotive industry
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-
    paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • A valid class 5 driver's license
