Neolytix, a leading Healthcare Management Services Organization, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Chicago. This role will primarily focus on inbound lead management, competitive analysis, and supporting outbound marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to our expanding business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads generated through various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on competitors to identify market trends, strengths, and weaknesses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the VP Sales and Business Development Executives to develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing client relationships.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of targeted marketing strategies to maximize the company's outreach efforts.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance lead generation and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience or internship in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital marketing tools for lead generation and research.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software is advantageous.
