1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a contract Business Analyst to join our innovation team!! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving innovation, with a primary focus on optimizing labor efficiency and diverting waste away from landfills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including:, operations, product, and technology teams to drive forward innovation and achieve transformation goals
-Document critical operational activities, processes, technology systems, and reporting tools in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
-Analyze operational activities based on time, effort, and value, providing actionable recommendations for operational improvements and diversion strategies
-Partner with Technical Architects to evaluate feasibility and effort required to optimize operational workflows and diversion
-Assess existing products and tools, as well as research new technologies, to identify opportunities for efficiency gains
-Engage with internal and externals stakeholders to understand current operations, map progresses, and gather requirements
-Develop business process models using best practices, including current and future state solution design documents
-Write comprehensive functional and technical specifications for technical team members
-Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity during implementation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
-Serve as a strong communicator and change advocate, conducting stakeholder analysis and communications planning to drive innovation initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Process Optimization Specialist
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities
-Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
-Passionate about improving operational efficiency
-Keen interest for data and enabling reporting capabilities
-Ability to work autonomously and take charge of projects

COMPENSATION
- Salary offering: $90-$105k per annum (Actual salary will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
