Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our products. You will be responsible for welding various metal components according to specifications and blueprints. **We offer $200 signing bonus****WE CANNOT PUT YOU TO WORK UNLESS YOU ARE WELDER CERTIFIED**
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (stick, mig welding and overhead)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure they meet our standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Welder, with at least years of welding experience.
• Welding certification (CWB preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Safety-conscious and knowledgeable about welding safety procedures.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
