Job Title: Director, US IAM Process Services Job ID: KB563111624Location: Toronto, ONOverview:The Director, US IAM Process Services is responsible for contributing to IAM Strategy and Roadmap development. Participation in the definition and maintenance of IAM operational and business processes. This role provides management oversight for IAM procedures operating in the US and supports a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class solutions.What you will be doing:
  • Identifies regional concerns with US specific IAM Process Models and supporting material
  • Identifies and defines minimum set of business requirements and control points, and provides project-level guidance to US IAM implementations
  • Participates in defining and maintaining enterprise-wide IAM Process Models and supporting material pertaining IAM services.
  • Helps facilitate enterprise communication plans and adoption of IAM Process Models across US LoBs and functions; identifies instance of non-conformance; assists with formal IT Risk exception handling and risk review process.
  • Collaborates with other Project Managers within the IAM Teams to provide project-level guidance and advisory/consulting services on IAM solution architectures and technology solutions related to IAM Services and Capabilities.
  • Assists project teams and LoB in translating the minimum set of requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Monitors compliance with policies, standards and applicable regulations.
  • Gathers and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and SLA.
What you must have:
  • Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
