Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is an independent day school from JK-12 with a caring and thriving community. Theatre and Choir Teacher

Subjects: Theatre (Gr 7-9), Middle/Senior School Choir

Choral Production, Career Life Education (Gr 9-10)

FTE: 0.86 - 1.0FTE (depending on candidate background/preferences)

Status/Term: Temporary, August 2024 to May 2025

What You'll Bring

You will hold a valid BC teaching certificate (or be eligible to obtain). You will have experience teaching Choir and Theater/Drama; experience conducting concerts and musical productions would also be a strong asset. IB training and MYP experience is preferred but not required. You will have a strong knowledge of inquiry-based and project-based learning approaches, possess a passion for innovation and creativity in education, and be highly reflective and committed to continuous professional growth and improvement. A strong aptitude in differentiated learning styles and a passion for educating the whole student is expected.
