We Know Training is looking for an all-star Web & Graphic Designer to execute and manage designing for multiple brands.
This hybrid role will be based in our downtown Toronto office, and you'll spend three (3) days a week in-office with our fun, collaborative team.
Your Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing & managing our ecommerce storefronts, creative development for images, videos, email templates for marketing & sales collaterals such as pitch decks, brochures & event marketing designs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in web and graphic design, with a diverse skill set and a demonstrable track record of success in similar roles.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop & manage visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end creative development of images, videos, email templates, pitch decks, advertising assets, landing pages.
• Design print collaterals such as brochures, handouts, one pager for events & sales meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes and outputs.
• Design and build wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and landing pages.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in web and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of web & graphic design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in designing PowerPoint pitch decks, ads, social media images, banners.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mobile first design & front-end web development.
• Proficiency identifying & resolving cross-browser/platform compatibility issues & technical SEO for Page speed improvements.
• Experience with end-to-end web development on leading CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify.
• Experience using Canva, & Generative AI tools to develop marketing creatives at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies & adapt to urgent priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in design, communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Web & Graphic designer or Creative lead
• A Design Portfolio that showcases both Web & Graphic design capabilities
