Job Title: Project Manager Job ID: AT507572624Location: Toronto, ON - HybridOverview:Our client is seeking for a Project Manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. What you will be doing:

• Create and sustain a trusting relationship with key business leaders that translate into initiatives that meet real business needs and desired results.
• Monitor client needs, objectives, and status; providing clear support or escalation to address challenging situations.
• Maintain visibility into all portfolio initiatives for the banners based in the East region and provide effective oversight, support, and leadership.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

What you must have:

• University degree, College diploma, or a combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading large complex projects (+$2 M budget).
• Experience in ERP integrations as well as core retail systems and processes is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management.
• Proficient with portfolio and project management methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in financial budgeting, planning, and reporting of capital projects.
• Proficient in change management strategies and systems implementations.
