The Opportunity: We are currently seeking an Entry Level Painter for the upcoming 2024 paint season who is eager to learn and apply their creativity to deliver high-quality painting services for our clients. As a Painter, you will be involved in all phases of painting from prep work to detail work, in accord with the highest standards of the painting industry. The job start is scheduled for April. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces to be painted including patching and smoothing areas.
• Apply paint and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures.
• Ensure all painting operations are completed with attention to detail and quality.
• Clean and maintain equipment, including brushes and sprayers.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work at heights.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions and work independently.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to painting.
