We are currently looking to expand with a new role of Team Leader. This position will be salary based on a three-month term to start with the opportunity to extend further. The team leader will work in the community with clients, be a support for caregivers in the community with such aspects as assisting with training, act as a mentor and provide feedback for performance reviews.
Functions:
Meet the requirements for a Health Care Aide:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and well-being.
• Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health status to the care management team.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive personalized care that meets their individual needs.

as well as:

• Maintain availability for one weekend on call every four (4) weeks.
• Ability to reliably commute to the office location for work during office open hours.
• Ability to reliably keep internet and phone connectivity during on call hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient in the English language
