Ontario Health currently uses BMC Remedy ITSM to track and manage incident and requests, change records, problem investigations and the configuration management database (CMDB). The Remedy ITSM system is used to deliver customer support for all OH end-user systems (both internal and external) through our service desks and technical support teams. The current BMC Remedy ITSM version (9.1.03) requires an upgrade to the SaaS version of Remedy (Helix ITSM).Responsibilities:
Support the team in the migration of configurations, data, and code from existing on-premise v9 system to an upgraded SaaS system
Manage own time to deliver the assigned work that's part of the upgrade
Communicate and update the team on regular basis
Provide support for existing v9 on-premise system as required
Reverse engineer existing feature and customizations in order to re-write them/migrate them to the upgraded SaaS version
Rewrite capabilities and customizations that rely on Active Links so that they work in the Smart-IT interface
Rewrite existing capabilities that rely on direct PL/SQL so that they deliver the same capability without relying on PL/SQL
Experience Required:

Work with clients through User Acceptance Testing and implement fixes/updates based on the testing
