The Customer Service Assistant will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves engaging with potential and new customers to build lasting relationships through effective communication and provide purchase support through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
We are looking for an ideal applicant who has:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant will include:
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns, and communicating product features, benefits, and pricing information to customers.
  • Proactively engaging with customers to better understand their needs and recommending appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
  • Accurately and efficiently processing sales orders in Salesforce
  • Assisting customers with product information, orders, upgrades, and account setup.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks as needed.
