The Talent Transformation Group is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to support Federal Government contracts. This position can be either a fixed-term contract or a part-time casual role.
Job duties may include:
- Providing executive coaching and leadership coaching that facilitates increased performance and sustainable change
- Supporting leaders to prioritize activities, set goals, identify resources, and develop action plans
- Providing a safe environment for brainstorming and ideation
- Analyzing executive and manager leadership skills, strengths and weaknesses
- Developing leadership improvement programs and workshops
- Establishing and facilitating forums for managers to share leadership experiences and challenges
- Designing, developing, and implementing mentorship programs
- Conducting reviews and developing implementation strategies
- Developing information sessions about leadership development
- Developing talent management and succession readiness strategies;
- Conducting benchmarking exercises
- Developing key functions concepts for succession planning
- Using MS teams as a platform for engagement
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual
- Minimum of ten year's experience as a leadership development professional
- Have provided at least three leadership development projects to the Federal Government of Canada
- Government of Canada Projects must include individual and group coaching
- Demonstrated experience providing Individual Coaching Action Plans
- At least six projects coaching executive level leaders
- Hold at least one professional coaching certification, preferably with IFC
- Have at least a Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Experience providing coaching workshops
- Able to pass a Federal Government security clearance
