Our client is hiring a motivated and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to continue to develop the business in the Guelph and tri-cities markets.

A leading family-owned window cleaning company with 50 years of experience in providing top-notch window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in multiple markets in Southwestern Ontario. They have a reputation for excellence with a commitment to customer satisfaction, flexible packages, and minimal disruption to life or business.
Who are you? You must be a solid communicator with the ability to naturally build trust, resulting in long-term relationships, networks, and clients. You are a team player, while being driven, competitive, and persistent. Goals excite and motivate you. You must be comfortable with both phone and in-person cold calls or meetings.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting the window cleaning services, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's success.
Salary:
Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Total compensation (+ Commission, Bonuses): $80,000 - $90,000 per year (achieving sales goals)
Hours of Work:
8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Evenings and weekends may be required on occasion
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the window cleaning services, and addressing their needs or concerns.
  • Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop customized window cleaning solutions.
  • Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Requirements
  • Experience or interest in outside sales, preferably in the service, construction, or property management industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of window cleaning or related services is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
