What You'll Do

As a Manager, Revenue Strategy and Operations, you oversee the team responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing revenue opportunities for SMB workplaces. You and your team manage go-to-market programs, processes, tools and systems that fuel our revenue generating teams to be at their best. You strategically align revenue generating activities throughout the customer journey across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering teams. By leveraging experimentation, data, and optimization, you are able to determine the best audience and avenue to deliver our products to, ultimately resulting in revenue growth. In this role you will:

  • Lead the RevOps team responsible for sales & marketing program design, reporting and insights, tools, processes, systems, and sales excellence. Oversee day to day team management including 1:1s, project scoping, prioritization, and coaching conversations
  • Lead both strategic & operational projects to planning and implementation key components of GTM strategy
  • Be the thought leader on program design leading the conversation around who, what, and how we sell including how we measure success and pivot as needed
  • Represent RevOps across the business to ensure cross-functional stakeholders are well-supported, understand the priorities, and have the information they need on various revenue team initiatives in order to to meet and exceed When I Work goals
  • Assist in the strategic planning process, working with revenue leaders and Finance on establishing goals and then forecasting & tracking impact for key GTM initiatives
  • Partner with Sales team to create and implement training materials and processes to ensure adherence to best practices
  • Enable the team to take full advantage of relevant tools and systems to facilitate lead flow and funnel management.
  • Audit current GTM tools and implement new systems, processes, or tools needed to meet company objectives
  • Live in the data, creating reports and analyses to provide actionable insight to various team members throughout When I Work. Monitor and report on funnel operations and performance, and ensure application of appropriate actions
Who You Are

You are an experienced revenue professional with strong knowledge of go-to-market operations and are excited to take on a new challenge at a fast-paced and growth stage business. You have a strong track record of driving superb performance in Sales and Marketing functions. You never stop asking why, constantly forming and testing hypotheses, making sure to validate assumptions with data while also navigating ambiguity when ideal data isn't available. You have a keen business sense and are able to grasp the big picture along with the details and make sound recommendations to other leaders. You are insightful, resourceful, motivated, and find fulfillment by enabling others.

Experience and Skills Needed
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience including at least 2+ years in Revenue Operations or closely related teams ideally at a fast-paced, growth stage technology business
  • Experience implementing and configuring GTM stacks (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales, and Success tools such as Hubspot, Gong, and Zendesk) and business intelligence software
  • Proven ability to engage across internal corporate functions (marketing, support, product, development and executive teams), earn trust, and advocate for revenue programs
  • Data driven mindset with an ability to create reports and analyses and report on program performance.
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Bachelor degree required. Business or technical degree preferred.
