Job Title: Organizational Change Consultant Job ID: TW151686324Location: Edmonton, AB Overview:Our client is looking for an Organizational Change Professional who will lead experts from their Regulatory Compliance team in the planning, assessing and executing of several communication and change management plans to support regulatory driven initiatives within their organization. What you will be doing:
  • Leading, planning and executing on the end-to-end delivery of change management activities throughout the lifecycle for assigned initiatives in alignment with the change management strategy and business objectives
  • Leading and building strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively to assess potential change processes and diverse audience issues and objectives
  • Analyzing risks and providing recommendations to stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results
  • Leading project deliverables related to change management to meet the needs of the stakeholders and drive successful adoption of change
  • Engaging appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes of projects for the business
  • Providing and supporting on-going communication to key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of significant changes which impact change delivery against the overall project
  • Ensuring timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems while assessing options and recommendations for prompt resolution
  • Developing and supporting communications for internal change management activities
  • Developing change management plans and schedules to support the change
  • Working with Learning and Development to make recommendations for improvements to address trainee performance gaps and implement solutions to address gaps
  • Establishing and maintaining standards, best practices for change management communications, training and documentation
  • Working with stakeholders post execution to promote change adoption
  • Ensuring a smooth transition of post execution activities to the business or appropriate areas.
What you must have:
  • Advanced change management experience – working with Prosci ADKAR methodologies
  • Knowledge of financial industry regulations and how this impacts business operations
  • Demonstrated experience carrying out detailed impact analysis related to regulatory changes
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex change projects
  • Proven ability to lead change projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills to listen closely and advise senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise messages and communications to enable communication strategies
  • Proactive and self-motivated professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize and multitask
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in order to lead, coach and motivate stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timelines
  • Experience with regulatory change programs/projects is preferred
