Position:

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Fleet Mechanic.

Role Description:

We're looking for someone to help keep our fleet in great shape. The ideal candidate posses knowledge and skills in a variety of equipment, from 5-ton trucks, pickups, skid steers, mini excavators, small tools and more, as well as a positive attitude.

Role Requirements:

• Proficiency in equipment diagnosis and repair
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Ability to work steady
• Ability to work on complicated projects
• Organized & punctual
• Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
• 3-5 years experience in heavy mechanics in trucks, equipment and small engines.
• Truck and Coach 310T
• Automotive Service Tech 310s

What you'll do:

• Repair and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Ensure all safety measures are in place including; warning labels, first aid kits, flares and fire extinguishers
• Maintain all required record keeping
• Establish and schedule maintenance for equipment and vehicles in correspondence with managers
• Ensure tools are signed in and out to respective forepersons
• Inspect all tools, vehicles and equipment and report any damage.
