Compensation: Base Salary + Benefits + PTO + Commission (OTE $95,000-$118,000)
Location: Thornhill, ON *Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Place outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify inbound leads using our company's criteria.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
  • Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services to accounts.
  • Thoroughly discuss customers' needs and pain points in order to sell WL software and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Work within the Salesforce platform to effectively manage and maintain all sales notes and customer interactions.
  • Draft and deliver proposals to customers.
  • Become a champion of WL product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments of the organization where required.
  • Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on ways to decrease the sales cycle, increase sales, and improve company brand and reputation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years relevant sales experience within the software industry.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, managing client relationships.
  • Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment.
  • Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization.
  • Comfortable conducting customer calls and/or communication of WellnessLiving products on weekend and/or evening time slots if required.
