Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers & Titan team on assigned projects from start to finish, including required travel to/from jobsites to ensure successful installation of products.
  • Prepare, review and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications as required.
  • Work closely with and support Titan sales team in stormwater management system sales opportunities.
  • Consistent use of Titan systems/database – Hubspot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Procore for project management.
  • Recommend field installation strategies and communicate technical solutions as required.
  • Prepare quotes, bill of materials, take-offs for assigned projects and ensure design drawings conform to project specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Engineering or Science required, preferably with a professional designation.
  • Experience within the construction industry.
  • Geotechnical or civil engineering/water resources knowledge would be an asset.
  • Extensive experience using AutoCAD with a high level of understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with team members, superiors, and other departments.
  • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Committed to optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrated dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team or organization.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Other Information:

  • This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. may require extended hours periodically.
  • Reports to the Technical Product Manager - Stormwater Management/Erosion & Sediment Control.
  • Wage will depend on qualifications.
