Classic Lifecare is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will be assigned to work with our sister company, Connect Partners, to provide high-quality nursing care to clients with high-level needs.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Classic Lifecare, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to clients, collaborating with various health care professionals.

Job Type: Part-time/Fulltime/Casual

Salary: $30.00 – 35.00 per hour

Schedule:

· 8-12 hour shifts

· Day & night shifts

· Weekdays and weekends available

JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

• LPN in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), capable of providing agile nursing support to individuals in need.
• Proficient in supporting residents with stable tracheostomies and ventilators, enabling them to thrive in a community setting (comprehensive training provided by an RN onsite).
• Experienced in supporting residents with stable gastrostomy tubes, tube feeds, suprapubic catheters, and ostomies (inclusive training provided by an RN onsite).
• Exhibits authenticity, intuition, and adeptness in building sustainable and productive relationships with residents, their families, and all members of the individual's service resource team, alongside other healthcare professionals involved in their care.
• Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, and resilience, adept at managing multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities while maintaining a positive outlook and sense of enjoyment.
• Comfortable collaborating with other health care professionals, providing necessary support
• Committed to walking alongside individuals, coaching and assisting them in setting goals and creating a life that holds personal meaning to them.
