Job Summary:
DT Home Reno in Barrie, ON is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Window Cleaner for our Summer season. This is a full-time, hourly position, with competitive compensation and an opportunity for growth within our company. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all windows in our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standard. This job requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning services for residential properties in a timely and efficient manner
- Use appropriate cleaning products and tools to ensure windows are spotless and streak-free
- Clean and maintain window frames, screens and tracks
- Identify and report any window or screen damage to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear when working at heights
- Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No past experience required
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full time access to a vehicle and minimum G2 license
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
