Northern Lights Veterinary Clinic is looking to hire a Veterinary Receptionist. Located in Labrador City, Northern Lights Veterinary Clinic is a progressive fast-paced clinic servicing a wide area of clients in Western Labrador for over 15 years. The veterinary hospital is well-equipped with Cornerstone software, Ultrasound, in-house blood machine, and digital radiography.

What you will be doing:

• Checking in and checking out clients in a professional and kind manner
• Answering the phone, voicemail, emails and social media messages
• Completing payment transactions
  
• Booking in and confirming appointments with clients
• Working with clients to answer their questions and provide quotes
• Cleaning the clinic and performing laundry duties
• Restocking the retail area and exam rooms
  
• Caring for animals and assisting the Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians
  

What you will bring:

• Experience working as a receptionist
• A Veterinary Assistant Diploma is an asset
• A positive, team player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Honesty and trustworthiness
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
