Job Details:
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices while maintaining customer account confidentiality
- Track, audit, approve, interpret, process and enter timecard information while resolving issues with technicians
- Maintain customer relationships and information; receive customer inquiries and direct appropriately
- Verify warranties and service contract coverages; explain terms and conditions to customers
- Prepare concise and complete work orders for service technicians
- Obtain customer approval for work beyond quotes as well as completed customer information; ensure customer signs agreement forms
- Keep customers up to date on job progress
- Assist with admin duties
- Help direct walk in traffic to branch
Applicants should have:
- Some background working as a service writer or working in a billing capacity
- Intermediate computer knowledge, and willingness to learn our billing program
- Enjoy working with others in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Stronger organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Valid driver's license
- Enjoy working in a team environment
Working Environment:
- Located in an office environment
- 8 Hour work day Monday to Friday

We are also a Sany America, Rokbak Trucks dealer, as well as a Cummins, Scania and Isuzu Certified repair center.
