Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at Inbenta, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of our AI-powered products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our growth strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development efforts using Agile Scrum methodology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Work with the rest of the product management team to develop and execute the product strategy, defining product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans, while aligning with the company's business objectives.
  • Agile Scrum Methodology and Product Development: Act as the Product Owner within the Agile Scrum framework, managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and facilitating sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the product's quality by defining acceptance criteria and participating in testing efforts to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Customer Research: Conduct thorough customer research to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences. Utilize various research methods, including data analysis, to gather valuable insights.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define clear and actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Internal/Customer Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the customer experience team and leverage a customer-centric approach to product development by gathering customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Product Analytics & Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of our customers' digital journeys, so we can quickly improve the user experience and customer satisfaction by knowing quantitatively exactly how they are using our product and where they are running into issues.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product releases, working closely with customer experience and analytics team to achieve successful product launches.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our products.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across different departments, ensuring a unified and aligned product development process.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a product manager within similarly sized growth stage enterprise B2B SaaS software companies. Experience working with Conversational and Generative AI technologies is a plus.
  • Experience using key product management tools, including but not limited to: ClickUp, Aha!, Heap, Jira, Miro, Wrike, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and data visualization tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodology and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of B2B software and an interest in AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into product features and improvements.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive product success in a growth-stage company.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Experience working within a global organization, including domestic and foreign development teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to speak other languages would be considered an asset, especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese.

Reporting Structure:

This role will report directly to a Director of Product Management at Inbenta.
