What you will do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency
• Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule
• Record deviations or unusual wear and initiate add-on work/provide feedback to the Service Advisor to discuss with the Client
• Process finished lines on work orders for CP or Warranty work
• At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.

What you will bring to the role:

• A proven track record of working within a strong team environment
• An in-depth knowledge and background in technical and electrical diagnoses
• Good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with working in a busy shop
• Willingness to learn and grow with our business
• Clean driving record

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience as a licensed automotive technician
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz product is an asset
