ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of custom architectural projects from concept to installation, continually mitigating risks. This includes managing material lead times, supply chain logistics, quality control, site requirements, and resource allocation.
• Be actively involved in managing in-house design and fabrication timelines, ensuring projects move efficiently throughout the process.
• Effectively communicate and set expectations with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles and engineering requirements.
• Determine resource requirements based on project specifications, researching and analyzing project elements, and sourcing materials, parts, equipment, and services.
• Review, generate, and negotiate contracts.
• Prioritize work based on strategic importance, outstanding tasks, barriers, budgets, resources, and deadlines.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone with:

• 7+ years' experience in project management in a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with diverse construction materials and fabrication processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills.
• Background in architectural, internal manufacturing, and/or construction industries.
• Comprehensive understanding of building systems, materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• Expertise in client-facing roles.
• Relevant education in architecture, engineering, or similar field.
• Proficiency in project management principles and techniques.
• Experience with a variety of materials such as metal, wood, solid surfaces (Corian), fabric, and acrylic.
