We have a full-time, permanent position available for a customer service advisor that works entirely remotely. Individuals must have a private, secure workplace with dependable internet access; all necessary equipment will be supplied for the length of the job. You're a fantastic fit for this role on the Customer Service Advisor team because of your love for helping people and providing exceptional customer service. To make a lasting impact, great customer service demands empathy, understanding, resilience, and natural people skills.
The duties will include (but not limited to):
• Resolving inquiries from clients.
• Foster and preserve superior connections.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
• Show empathy and sensitivity.
• Exhibit excellent customer service abilities.
• Arranging and setting up insurance policies.
• Entering customers information onto database.
• Addressing and elevating grievances when required.
• Taking payments for products.
Requirements:
• Two years or more of experience serving customers via phone, email, and social media, ideally on digital platforms
• Expertise in data entry and computer programs like Word and Excel.
• Excellent ability to handle objections.
• Great rapport building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
