Miles HR has an excellent contract opportunity for Data Entry Clerks to work with one of Canada & BC's top employers based in Vancouver, BC.
In this role you will assist with filing, data entry, and basic administration. If you have at least 2 years of administrative or data entry experience, attention to detail, and are familiar using electronic filing systems then this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Contract Details:
Start Date: Wednesday January 3, 2024
End Date: Friday February 2, 2024 (anticipated)
About The Role:
- Data entry
- Scanning, filing, and uploading documentation
- Organize and manage paperwork and online filing systems
- Manage multiple competing priorities and tasks
- Other duties as required
About You:
- 2 years of Administrative or Data Entry experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or equal number of years of experience
- Strong Microsoft office and excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
