Miles HR has an excellent contract opportunity for Data Entry Clerks to work with one of Canada & BC's top employers based in Vancouver, BC.

In this role you will assist with filing, data entry, and basic administration. If you have at least 2 years of administrative or data entry experience, attention to detail, and are familiar using electronic filing systems then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Contract Details:

Start Date: Wednesday January 3, 2024

End Date: Friday February 2, 2024 (anticipated)

About The Role:

  • Data entry
  • Scanning, filing, and uploading documentation
  • Organize and manage paperwork and online filing systems
  • Manage multiple competing priorities and tasks
  • Other duties as required

About You:

  • 2 years of Administrative or Data Entry experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or equal number of years of experience
  • Strong Microsoft office and excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
