STTIVE Ontario is growing and we are looking for a leader to expand our Professional Accounting and Finance division.
THE ROLE
The Division Director is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Accounting and Finance division. This is a multi-faceted position that involves client relations, recruitment delivery oversight as well as budget management.
This is best suited for a builder. We are looking for someone who can not only produce exceptional results on the recruitment front, but also build a strong team of high-performing professionals to replicate our continued success in our other divisions.
The Division Director will be accountable for a variety of responsibilities including:
- Build and maintain a strong and qualified client base that yields success, and reliability and can represent STRIVE Recruitment as an employers preferred People Partner.
- Gaining an understanding of the culture, processes, and work environment of various clients and representing STRIVE in the local business community
- Hire divisional team members
- Leading development and month-end sessions for all divisional team members
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to ensure the culture and experience fit with current or prospective clients
REQUIREMENTS
- A strong balance of a strong work ethic and passion for recruitment are essential
- 5-10 years of experience within a recruitment/staffingfirm
- Ability to lead, train, coach, mentor, and ENERGIZE staff
- Ability to build and manage a strong network of candidates within your specialist area
- Ability to understand, comprehend, and create budgets and use financial forecasts
- Superb Computer Skills (MS Office, Social Media, Windows knowledge
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Located within the GTA- this position is primarily a remote role with weekly visits to clients within the GTA
